What Kinora is

Kinora lets you create and chat with AI personas. The personas are software, not real people. Anything they say is generated by language models in response to your messages and the persona profile you set up. Treat their output as fictional and not as advice on health, law, money, or any other serious matter.

Who can use it

You must be at least 18 years old to use Kinora. By creating an account you confirm you're 18+ and that the information you give us is accurate.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for activity on your account. If you suspect someone else is using your account, contact us right away.

What you can't do

Don't use Kinora to:

• Generate or solicit content involving minors in any sexual, romantic, or otherwise inappropriate context.
• Plan or facilitate violence, terrorism, self-harm, or other illegal acts.
• Generate non-consensual sexual content, intimate imagery of real people, or content used to harass, defame, or impersonate someone.
• Bypass our content limits, scrape, reverse engineer, or interfere with the service.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to Kinora or its outputs.

We may suspend or close accounts that violate these rules, and may report serious violations (especially child safety) to law enforcement.

Reporting and removal

If something the persona generates is harmful or violates these terms, you can report the message from within the chat. We review reports and take action on the account and content as needed.

Subscriptions and credits

Kinora Plus is a subscription billed monthly or yearly. Credits are purchased in packs. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel; you can cancel at any time from settings (web) or your App Store / Play Store account (mobile). Cancellation stops future renewals; we don't refund partial periods or unused credits except where required by law.

Mobile purchases are governed by Apple's and Google's store terms in addition to ours.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you send into Kinora. By sending it, you give us a limited license to store, process, and display it for the purpose of running the service for you. We don't use your conversations to train any model.

AI-generated outputs don't come with copyright guarantees. Be aware that similar outputs may be generated for other people.

Service availability

Kinora is provided “as is.” We try to keep it running and improving, but we don't guarantee it'll be uninterrupted, error-free, or available forever. Features may change or be removed.

Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Kinora and its operators aren't liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost data, profits, or opportunities. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or if we're required to by law. On termination, the rules above about ownership, liability, and disputes survive.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects your rights, we'll notify you in the app or by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use Kinora after that means you accept the new terms.
