Delete your data

In the app

1. Open Kinora.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Tap Delete account.
4. Confirm.

What gets deleted

• Your account and login.
• Every persona you created.
• All conversations, including images and voice notes you sent or received.
• Your push notification subscription.
• Files you uploaded.

Backups are rotated within 30 days. Anonymous aggregate analytics that don't identify you may persist longer.

Can't access the app?

Email privacy@kinora.so from the address tied to your account and we'll delete it for you within 7 days.

Cancel a subscription

Deleting your account stops future renewals automatically. If you'd rather keep the account but cancel Plus, you can do that from Settings (web) or your App Store / Play Store subscriptions (mobile).
